VP540 Internal Error

Only message i get and I have to shut off the switch and then it seems to be fine... anyone know what causes that or what it means?

This is sort of an un-defined error. some of the questions to be asked to troubleshoot it would include:

Does it occur when the machine performs any specific operation?
When did the error start to show up?
Is it after doing something to the machine (cleaning)?
Does it occur when printing some specific data files?

Happened twice... both times when getting ready to do a cross-cut

When did the error start to show up?
Saw it the first time yesterday and then again today but not happening every time I cross cut. Just those 2 isolated incidents so far.

Is it after doing something to the machine (cleaning)?
Cross cut seems to be it

Does it occur when printing some specific data files?
Not happening while printing.
