VP540 won't power up

I have tried to repair a VP540 which won't power up anymore. The first time the machine was opened some LED's still lit. Now, after replacing the power supply and mainboard this LED's are off, and nothing happens anymore. What - except power supply and mainboard - can prevent the printer vom powering up?

Check the Print Head Cables ..if they are out the Printer don't turn on.

Your information is too little to judge the problem.

Did the LED light of mainboard and carriage board lit?
check the power supply cable well or not?
take out all cables from the mainboard except power cable and printer panel cable, what is the printer show when you power up?
