Hoping the brains trust on here can provide some insight.
We had our head replaced ~12 months ago and had flawless printing since. Around a month ago we started getting these deflected nozzles in our black. I've tried running medium cleans, as well as printing large amounts of pure black to try and clear the issue but no luck. We haven't had any head strikes, so I'm hopeful that the print head isn't physically damaged.
A Roland tech serviced the machine last week and he simply shrugged and seemed disinterested in the issue.
Should I try an overnight head soak?
