Hi everyone. New member, first time question. I am printing up banners and on SAV and I have the above coloured lines printing in my image. I had a techy here two weeks ago and of course it didn't show up on the print I was printing. He cleaned the encoder strip and said that that should do the job. But now the same issue is happening. Desperate for assistance as have a huge order to fill by Friday.

for sure you won't get much without a picture. We are very visual on Signs 101, with a short attention span and many cannot even read.
