VS540i question

Hey,
Our shop has a versacamm that inserts about two inches of dead space between each job we send. Is there a setting on the printer to adjust this?
Thanks for all the help!

Hey SignSourceofMobile,

All printers have a media sensor that detects the lead and end edges of the material. Those sensor must be activated by the material covering them, which gives you the two (2) inches of loss you've described. There's no way to overcome this nor any adjustment. This is a safety feature to ensure no media/edge curl that could potentially jam the head.
