Need Help VS640 Test print issue

Hello,

I have recently installed a brand new Roland DX6 printhead but the test print on magenta lines all very blurry see images attached any help or advice?

Possibly an electrical issue. Can you power off the machine, inspect the printhead cable and clean if necessary with isopropyl alcohol. Reseat the cable and run another test draw.

I will give this a try I did think it could be a cable issue as very unlikely for a brand new head to fail.

Thank you hopefully get round to checking over it this afternoon again. Last resort to have to report it back to Roland could take ages!
