VUTEK 3325 LAMP ERROR

Some help please,
Vukte 3325, board was arranged, and now lamps give error conexion, does anyone have a techincal manual for this machine? need to find out if it is well connected, or to find wich board need to order.

Morning, this looks like a GSR if I'm correct, what board has been changed if that's what you meant?

No board has been changed, only the processor, but im wondering if something got bad conected or another board burned . its a GS3250 LX

Ah ok so this is a model up from mine with the led lamps so i'm basing my info off of my GSR's which these were built from and should be very similar in most cases.

Have the lamp units been off, this looks like they are just not seated properly, on mine each lamp has an emergency stop fitted which will be triggered if the lamps are not in correctly, and this seems to be what its saying, are the bottom of the lamp units parallel to the belt or are they diagonal?

I'm not sure what you mean by processor was changed, can you give me any more information on this?

The Machine computer board, burned a processor, the owner of the machine let a fan stop and burner one of the processors, it was arranged with new processor, and the lamps never worked again.

Ok, so that sounds like the mother board perhaps, if that's the case i would not expect this, are the lamp units sitting flat?

Im in the UK and my day ends in 15 mins so if i go quiet i will be back in the morning to carry on with you.
