We have just install a new GS3250 as an addition to already existing GS2000.
Not much difference between to 2.
This am we starting to print files and noticed that every file was being duplicated by the printer.
No matter how you send it or set it up.
Defaults are the same as yesterday when everything was to standard.
Again, files are being duplicated by the printer on it's own.
Anyone have any idea?
EFI knows nothing!
Never seen or heard of this.
Service tech has no knowledge.
Fiery has nothing.
Anyone?

What do you mean by duplicated? Are you getting duplicate rips when you import or send via jdf or is it printing the same file twice in succession?

Using Fiery? I think it may be a setting when setting up a hot folder. I can't say exactly, but it sounds like that may be where the problem lies.
