Vutek GS3250 UD ink lines empty overnight.

Like the title states, one ink line (black) empties its self every night. If I observe at the secondary tank its looks fine and full, If I start printing it will empty it self and not fill back up automatically, the black will just drop out. I have taken to a routine to go to Zapp and manually fill the ink line when powering the machine in the morning. I have to activate the pump a minimum of 12 times to fill it. I have replaced the filters on the line and same no change in behaviours, is this a bad solenoid? It's not really a big problem it's just annoying and I would like to fix it.
