wall ''wrap'' pricing

Hi folks!

A good customer came on friday to have a price quote to ''wrap'' the wall in is waiting area. Size is 25ftX10ft. I will use Oracal 3268 or phototex.

1. what would you charge (without design and install)?
2. would you laminate the job?
3. what material is the best (you can name other than the two named above)
