Wandering cut on my FC7000-75

Just got done wrestling 2 7' x 15' acrylic faces that I was putting cut vinyl on. I had to cut in panels on 30" material, 15' long. It's basically 3 boxes stacked on top of each other

From one end of the box to the other there was a gap of almost 1/2" where it didn't run true. I would expect this from my Master's cutter, but didn't expect it from the Graphtec.

Any thoughts?

there are pressure levers on the pinch rollers. I always have them set to heavy on long runs. Media alignment can also cause these types of issues
