| We have an immediate opening for an experienced sign fabricator who wants to progress with a growing company! We are located in Muskogee, OK, just a short drive from the Tulsa area. The Sign Fabricator we are looking to bring on our team should be able to: • Utilize software to track job progression. • Utilize CNC Machine, metal brake, saws, other basic tools. • Experience with Matthews and Akzo Nobel paint systems. • Understanding of Signage UL Certifications and Regulations. • Ability to weld aluminum and steel. (Certification Preferred) • Ability to accurately estimate the time a project should take to complete. • Ability to read and understand production plans. • Must have an understanding of the common sign types (pylon, channel letters, hi-rise, cabinets, etc.) and styles (FlexFace, push through, halo lit, etc.) and how to produce them. • Ability to work with the existing team to increase proficiency and stay on track with the production schedule. Additional Responsibilities that can be learned and progressed towards: • Inventory Management. • Shipping and Receiving Management. • UL Certifier for all Production. • Attend management meetings to give reports on project progress and find pinch points to correct. • Use the printers/laminators in the event our graphics department needs help with any projects.
