Was printing red and now...

Was printing a 28'' red number & about 5'' from the end it starts printing yellow.

Replace the yellow and magenta inks.

Now printer will not print any red.

When do a test print it shows all but NO magenta.

any help appreciated! machine is a sp300v

Pull some ink through the magenta damper and see if it is clogged.
