I'm trying to cut from wasatch 6.3 to our graphtec fc-7000. Have had wasatch for over 4 years with no problems. Just in the last few weeks, began getting a print spooler error. Have done some basic things. i.e...reinstalled software, rebooted, checked cable connection. checked driver on windows and all to no avail. It has worked intermitintly, so I am dumb founded. No more support from wasatch. but would like any opinions, or if anyone has encounter this, a potential remedy....Regards, and thank you.
