Wasatch: Disk Access Error message

I'm wondering if anyone can steer me in the right direction with a dialog box that appears on my screen every morning. Unfortunately I can't remember if this has started after any particular event or install of any kind. The dialog box reads "Disk Access Error in editvariable during update of 'C:/WWRIP6/prtqueue Ctl.2' Get Last Error Returned 32". When I click the OK button and restart the Wasatch program, the program appears to work fine but it does take an inordinately long time to come up compared to other programs. I'm running Windows XP on this machine and have over 500GB of space left on the hard disk.
