Wasatch hand cutting guidelines?

In Wasatch I can add "guidelines" (I'm not in front of the RIP machine and I can't remember the exact term) for a square cut around a print. Anyone know if there is a way to have these lines print with a space between the graphic and the border? For example, if the graphic is say 11x11 the guidelines that print for hand cutting would be 12x12.

I *know* I can add it before bring it into Wasatch, my question is can Wasatch do it also?

The easiest way would be to add a bleed to the file before you bring it in to wasatch. I have wasatch colorip and you can change the output size before you print.
