Wasatch RIP Question

We are running a Wasatch RIP with our GS6000. Does anyone else use Wasatch for their unit and if so have you had their tech support? And if so have you ever had it run out and found your RIP doesn't behave the way it should until you pay for more tech support?? We've had it happen twice now. Would like to find out if it is just coincidence or???

Issues with WaSatch!

We used WaSatch on our GS6000s until we realized that the Rip was very poor quality. We switched over to the EFI rip and have had better results with color management. We now only use the WaSatch Rip for our dye sub printing.
