1- we have problem with cyan color, It does not change even if I worked several times of cleaning.. How I can to clean 100%?

2- There is a smart card (esayhub device) on the printer, always it shows me this letter and now I can not PrintWhat should I do? Do you need a re-programming, for example? And how's that?

Looks like ya broke it.

Gonna hafta replace parts or have a tech come in and do it right. Otherwise, look for a new replacement part.
