Weed border

I have a summary d75 cutter which has worked flawlessly, I use signlab 9 cutpro. About two weeks ago I noticed it stopped cutting the bottom of a weed border. This is driving me nuts. If I set the machine to say cut 3 of the same design and to cut a weed border around each one, it will cut a full border around the second and third one, but it will not cut the bottom of the border on the first one. I have tried everything I know of to resolve this, does anyone know of a setting somewhere that I may have missed?
