Not having a suitable set of scales at work - any idea roughly the weight of a full roll of 54" printable vinyl? I'm not very good at judging weights...

50 yard roll? Depends on the manufacturer and thickness of the vinyl, but you're generally going to be in the 35 pound ballpark.
