WEIRD BANDING HP 700

Hey Guys,
HP 700. Printing on SLX+. Half way through a print i started getting these weird banding lines? Any ideas?

Probably optimizer starvation, if the nozzle test print looks good.
Print the starvation plot and the control print and you should see.

Not too familar with Starvation plot, but i think it seems okay from pictures below? looks pretty consistent?
Just realised that black (Pen3) is missing a few heads which were fine last week, so i'm assuming this may be the issue? overcoat seems to be missing a fair few as well but surely this couldn't be causing my issues? (pen2)

I would weight both K-C printheads. If it's clearly under 60grams you have air inside it.
If you have early unit you might also have air stuck inside the intermediate tank and service should remove it.

ended up being a piece very very small vinyl that must of been loose on the roll and touched the black head. i've cleaned the head manually it and it seems to be okay now.
