Weird Cutting Issue with Multiple Panels

I have Flexsign 8.5 with a Roland CX-500 Vinyl Cutter. I can cut vinyl fine as long as it's the first panel, or all the panels. If I try to cut any other panel except the first or all of them the cutter will continuously roll out and back in vinyl to the extents of the cut without cutting and Production Manager will stay at 0%.

IMHO

Flexi has issues with cutting. if you can use versaworks you'd be better off with cutting. try a different file format. use export as eps to try to alleviate issues.

Small update, I'm almost positive now it has nothing to do with communicating with my plotter. When I do save to file the same thing happens.
