BIG EASY DOES IT

I am using SAintl Production Manager which is like Flexi's production manager. I send the file from flexi to the Production Manager no problem. Set everything up in production manager and then go to rip it and it gives me this error. "Callback function failed." That's all it says no error code and the only option I have is OK. Please Help.
