Weird Monitor issue

I have been having a weird issue with my monitors on my main computer,
and I think I caused it a while back when I tried to profile my monitors using my eye 1 pro,
but I can't get it to revert back.

What is happening is I can either get my images/colors to look correct in my design programs or
on the rest of my computer programs, but not both. Meaning if stuff looks right in Coreldraw, Photoshop, or Onyx... but it will
look washed out in Google, Image previewer,Mozilla, ext. or vise versa too dark in design and right in others.

I have tried to adjust back to default via control panel ,Nvidia's nview, and adjusting my monitors manually.
I am using windows 7.
Any ideas?

so when you upload to the internet?
Maybe its how the art is saved, if you create in CMYK and save as RGB for the internet it will change the color, I found out for some purposes I have create in rgb if I need rgb output
