Position: Graphic Installer
We are an ever-expanding company that focuses on improving methodologies in the large format graphics industry and strengthening the capabilities of our employees. This is a very hands on position with something new every day. Our installers wrap vehicles and fleet, hang billboards, install wall murals, corporate logos, window graphics and tons of other cool graphics. Expectations
- Expend good time management, multitasking and stress management skills to ensure that tasks get completed on time. Think ahead.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of industry, including proper use of terminology are required.
- Execute company-wide policies, procedures, values and goals.
- Good team work and leadership skills are essential
- Expend positive client relations and professionalism at all times.
- Attention to detail.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a reasonably clean MVR.
- Working cell phone
- Perform physical activity for long periods of time both indoors and outdoors.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Positive upbeat attitude and client service skills.
- Before/after hours, weekend and out of town installations are sometimes required.
-Have fun and work smart.
Responsibilities
- Installation of various Internal and External signage (non-electric).
- Installation of various graphics to vehicles and trailers.
- Installation of various graphics to walls and windows.
- Removal and cleaning skills necessary to prepare walls, windows, vehicles and signage.
- All tools and materials are provided, upkeep and organization of these provided materials is mandatory.
Expected Work Hours
Shop Hours: 8am - 4:30pm Monday–Friday. Before and after hour installs do occur, as well as overnight and out of town stays. Longer hours may be required depending on workload/project requirements. It is expected that projects are seen through completion even if it is not during these shop hours.
Compensation
Starting pay will be based on experience and reflect a 90 day trial period to make sure it is a good fit for both parties. A performance-based raise will be assessed at this time.
