Western type font? -Embroidery?

This font is used on a lot of Embroidery stuff. Is it simply a font used with Embroidery or is there a similar one. The L is enlarged to show the angled serifs. Let me know is you know of something similar.

Here is another pic. It's called Full Block from Melco and Dalco Embroidery systems. Have you seen similar in a truetype?
