What da font?

Customer supplied this image and I do have the font for "El Trio." I also cannot identify it. It looks custom to me but I am hoping the gurus here can help.
I may have to get a better image.

Looks like Helvetica Neue Black with an extra outline around the font. https://www.dafontfree.io/helvetica-neue-font-free/ <-- Link to entire font family as I have noticed it is a good bread and butter for a lot of things. File attached of example
