what design software is this

Does anyone know what design software is able to setup renderings like this?

Any 3D architectural / engineering software can do that. Catia, Solidworks, Inventor, Autocad to name a few. Not sure of the cheap or free options as our shop uses Autocad and Inventor which are neither cheap nor free.

Always look into Blender. I use that on the Linux side of things, but they have it ported to all PC OSs (Mac/Windows) as well.
