I can't seem to find it... Either the C is off, the a, or the t...

It looks like Century Gothic Bold that has been artificially fattened with a stroke/outline with the C and the c both modified. The word Inc. is probably Avant Garde or it could be just Helvetica, its hard to tell.

It's hard to tell since most typefaces overlap each other in style. But oldgoatroper seemed to have a sound guess.
