What has worked to increase sales among existing customers?

What tactics, methods or changes have ya'll used to increase return sales among your existing base? I work for a shop that's mostly a high volume wholesaler for large, local outfits, so we haven't had to think about this too much. Suggestions?

check out Dan Antonelli....he offers business cards, T-shirts, swag, van wraps, you name it. I bought a 'design' book of his 20+ years ago, but there's now lots of content online.

He does the design and the profitable stuff, the rest he orders for the client, and makes a little markup.
Sure, these days people order their own stuff online, but some might see the value of their time, and avoiding the hassle....especially if they aren't familiar with card stock, poly-cotton blends, and scrim blockout banners!
you're the pro, and they don't have to learn every detail, so will defer to your expert oversight.

What Texas said...make sure they know what you all do. I made some place cards with all the stuff I do and put them with each order or invoice. Most customers who I do vehicles for didn't even know I do apparel so I've gotten a lot of business from the cards and just bringing it up in conversation.

You can get a FB page up and running and continually post on different jobs you do. Make sure your website showcases a variety as well.
