Had a broker contact me about taking down 2 signs that are routed PVC approx 12" x 84" for a tenant that has relocated. I was familiar with the signage and knew there was actually only one sign, not 2. So I submitted a price of $220 and they accepted and sent paperwork for me to fill out and then I read the following attachment in the paperwork! What in hell are these folks smoking? How many circus hoops do I have to jump thru just to unscrew a sign and dispose of it? Absolutely insane! I got better things to do with my time then checkin and fill out ridiculous paperwork and then wait 75 days to get paid????!!!!
). I of course said "sure, send them down", and as soon as they were safely in my hands told him I'd be happy to start work on them as soon as the previous invoice AND the invoice for these parts were both paid in full.
