What is a new Expert 140c Emblem 55.5" laminator worth?

I am new to vinyl signs and wraps. I am looking at a laminator. What would be a good start up laminator? the ne I am currently looking at is an Expert 140c Emblem 55.5". thanks in advance for your advice
