What is causing this?

Okay, i've changed out the maintenance station and installed new dampers. All of the dampers are holding ink except one. But, when i pulled the ink into the yellow the yellow appeared. When i did a test print a while later i glanced at it and the yellow inside the damper was not yellow...it was a dark blueish color. What can cause this?

This is usually cross contaimination caused by swelling of the pad in the cap.
