What is the proper name of these cabinet locks?

We are looking for a new lock for sign cabinets instead of using regular padlocks and on a service call we noticed these locks pictured on a sign box and would like to order some but my in my search I cannot find them anywhere or even what they are called. does anyone know what they are called or where to order some?

wow I would have never looked at a auto parts supplier for these, I was able to find some on a jeep parts website, seem pretty pricey for a signbox but thats what they are though.
