Here’s why:
$35k isn’t really that much business. You could have a client walk in the door tomorrow and have a $35k job they need done. I realize it hasn’t happened yet probably, but keep at it and do good work, and it will.
If you buy that client list, you’ll focus all your energy on maximizing that investment. And for all of us, our time and more important, focus, is our most valuable asset. It’s not a cliche, it’s a fact.
Instead, you should spend all your focus solving larger and larger problems for you already paying clients.
Buying that list, even for a couple of thousands of dollars, will likely cause you to shrink in size vs where you would be if you just buckle down and focus on adding value for your existing clients.
