What is this banner framing system?

We're stumped on this one. Each banner edge has a keder/sail type edge that fits into a track piece which looks to hook into the portion on the wall. The track on the wall has many grooves that I'm guessing you use to ratchet down the track with the banner/keder edging.

Problem is, we've never seen this before and client wants us to replace it.

Any thoughts?

i think sign comp has some parts that look like that, our local wholesaler Harborsales.net has their version, not sure if they're interchangeable
