An end user getting cute and ahead of him or herself on Canva with the usual - mixing fonts that have no business being used together. I know and I'm sorry for being so cynical. Just a brief message to end users out there who might be reading this board: Please be careful if you're taking up the task of designing your own logo. What may look good on a computer screen or on paper isn't always practical from a sign fabrication and/or installation standpoint. If your plans include opening a shop or store requiring signage, always consult with one of your local sign shops before you adopt a Canva-created logo or sign idea. This business is not for amateurs. Please don't try this at home.

Karaoke graphic design has been a common thing for a while. People who have no talent and no design sense are perfectly willing to DIY their own design work since the graphic design field is no longer looked on as any sort of profession. The thought is anyone with a pulse can do it. Even many people who run sign companies and other shops doing graphics related work feel this way. Just hire anyone willing to work for shit pay. Qualifications be damned. When they quit, replace them with another imposter. Customers are wise to the phenomenon. They see lots of poorly designed signs installed in the field. They don't understand what makes the design look bad, but they feel it. So they don't trust the "professionals" with their creative project and want to do the work themselves.
