its not it....i used inflammable age on this one and its pretty close with some stretching..

Not sure what that is but this one is March of Dimes. Just one I did a couple years ago. .....I know it doesn't help does it ?

The closest I can think of for that second one is Canada Type's Jazz Gothic. You need to use a capital H and capital I and a lowercase E and M. This looks like the font, but the M needs a slight tweak. Sorry, cannot think of any other similar ones.
