What is this material?

I just got a reuqest to install some self adhesive vinyl. When I asked the client for the name of the material they told me it was: PVC free Vinyl which passes Type II, ASTM F793 &
ASTM E 84²

Any ideas what this is?

First I could find was EnviroScape Mural. E84 fire rating and pvc free. Likely meets F793.

BUT: The only thing I'm seeing that appears to have gotten classified as Type II F793 is HP PVC Free Smooth Wall Paper.

There are several vinyls like that. That is Architectural lingo. You have to put it into layman terms. Go to your supplier and look at vinyl specs for PVC free. Don't worry about the other crap, all the name brand vinyls are certified with that.
