I'd do a test with IJ175 if you have any to see how it conforms, and post heat the test piece. I use quite a bit of that when doing odd jobs that need a more permanent and aggressive adhesive bite but still be conformable.

IJ175 seems wimpy and kinda low tack when first applied, but once post heated it sticks hard, really hard, crazy hard, almost non-removable even with heat, so you also have to determine if they'll ever want you to remove it too. Try some on it along with a couple others (like 180/ 280), post heat, come back in just a day or two and it should be hard to remove compared to everything else, if not, look at other options.

I can send you some of the Drytac high tack which sticks really well to gas station ice machine doors that look just like it. It has double the adhesive coating and the adhesive is angry as hell. Rolls are only around $300 for a 54"x150 and paired with a good laminate, it is expected to perform for 7 years (although the ink won't)
