what router bit Routing max metal/Di bond

My team have a large project 8' x 4' 3mil max metal routing work is very intricate and we are finding router bits will only cut two panels then quality drops and we have to change bit? The bits are aluminum composite and carbide and at $30 a shot its ridiculous is there a better bit that will last longer
