What seems to be overspray halo on last letter of every pass only on Brightline Rollup material

Anyone no why this may be happening? HP Latex 560 using recommended profile from Grimco. See pic, this only happens on every last letter down the right margin, no matter how far in. Only visible on text.

I've had this happen before, I think print gutters was the prescribed action. Mine was running 100% black, 20 passes, no other colors anywhere nearby, fortunately it was all plotted so I never tried to fix it.
