What the HECK is wrong with my printer? Not tracking right ect ect ect

Problem: Will line up the roll prefect and go to print. Printing a small 8inch decal will cause the vinyl to track to the right and fall off the pinchers.

When i turn the machine off and with the pinchers down and pull out the vinyl it seems to get in a bind. AND when i roll it back within 2inch the left pinchers roller jams up.

Time for new pinchers?
or is something else causing this?

Not that I can think of. Everything in the back looks to be good..

Thats like using a roller skate with only 3 wheels! Pinch roller wheel(s) need to be replaced.

Got them yesterday and install them and that fixed it.
