What the Holder?

Hello, I need help identifying the attached. Closest I can figure, this is some kind of adhesive center bracket. Searching such a broad term has been difficult
Using these as a POP display holder that sits atop a shelving system. Yet these are too small as I need to find something that can handle 3mil styrene with a laminated print.
Anyone have an idea what these things are called, vendor or an alternative?
