What tool is this?

I bought new cap tops to replace my old ones in my Roland XC-540.

In this video at 0:41 the guy holds up a special straw-shaped socket piece that he uses to elevate the print caps for easy access.

I cannot locate this took in my parts bin. I looked everywhere. What is this tool called, and what size is it? Can I get it at a place like Home Depot?

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
It's a special tool that comes with the printer. You can use either a pair of pliers if you can fit them in there or get an about 1/4" tube and crush one side so it's more of a long oval. Basically, the mechanism that he's turning to move the caps up and down is just a long rod with a flat end. Anything you can use that can grab that flat part and turn the rod will work.
