What's the catch?

Does anyone have any experience with the Flexisign Pro 8.6 v2 (including softkey dongle) being sold for $199? I'm looking to upgrade from Flexi 6 and found this on an internet search. Any thoughts?

I emailed the seller and it seemed very legit. He stated that there are no hidden charges. I just didn't know if I was missing something that a more savvy buyer would notice or had experience with.

Each copy of flexi comes with an assigned user/customer number.
Ask the seller for it and then contact SAi to see the status of that copy and if it can be transferred without issues.
