whats the "pinch power" on hp Latex ?

I have to try again here to find my problem.. 14:32:01.. pinch power regulator V null and faulty.. trying to understand what to exchange.. is this part of curing or drying ? l28500 here in that case

there is a user group on Fb called HP Latex Everything & Anything they have helped me out a couple of times, there are a couple of guys that are very knowledgeable and respond quick.
