Whats up with this nozzle check?

So what is wrong when your nozzle check looks like this. This is off of a 46 inch Falcon.

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
Cross-contamination. Run cleanings, and if that doesn't clear up, change dampers.

Perhaps, but the moving empty lines in the black and the crispness of the wrong color in the wrong spot, not for the full square, and different patterns in each square would not be consistent with cross-contamination.

More likely a fouled encoder strip or some sort of electronic malfeasance.
