Where Are the Holes?

I was cutting out some text the other day (think Letterkenny) when for some reason PM decided to delete some of the holes in the text. I've included three images, the text in Flexi, the text in the PM layout tab and then the text after I clicked on the cut tab. I deleted the whole thing and started from scratch but still some of the holes are dropped.

Thoughts?

Are the islands compounded together with the rest of the copy? If its not compounded, those islands may be a different color than the rest of the copy. You may have a setting on Cut & Plot not checked. Look under Driver Options, make sure Use same driver options for all colors. Do you see only one color under Drawing colors or two(or more?)

Ah rats, I believe that was the issue and it was staring me in the face.
