Why are these weird stripes printing?
My printhead tests show fine, my ink cartridges are full enough. Why am I getting stripes?

Is there supposed to be a solid area fill of color where the stripes are? Are the stripes in the direction of carriage travel?

Print the attached PDF file from your RIP with color management disabled. This will definitively show if the printheads are jetting properly or not. I have attached screenshots from SAI and Onyx how to disable color management in those RIPs.

So, the color blocks printed perfectly fine, thanks for sending that over).
I just now turned off the OMAS for that specific substrate, and low and behold it printed perfect. Why, after printing for years, all of a sudden I now get this issue? I haven't checked if I have the same banding problem on a different substrate, but I've been printing on the same briteline material for years, and this just happened today (not a new roll of material either, it's 1/2 used already. A mystery....
Thanks again for your help :)

I'm glad you got it to work, but I'm curious how a bad OMAS would cause that pattern?
I know, strange indeed. I'm printing on banner material right now and it's fine, I didn't have to make any OMAS changes. It's only that one briteline material that caused a problem. Possible corrupt profile file, maybe? Still a mystery, one I may never figure out.
